Educational opportunities and tuition reimbursement
MemorialCare encourages and supports the professional growth of its employees by providing financial assistance to further their education. Courses must be related to the employee’s position or be required by a degree program, which leads to a MemorialCare related career.

Insurance
MemorialCare offers pre-tax benefits, such as a Healthcare Flexible Spending Account and a Dependent Flexible Spending Account. In addition, we offer life insurance for employees, spouses, and dependents and long-term disability.

MemorialCare offers nurses career growth and recognition through programs like the Professional Advancement Program and APPlS, which provide salary increases. The Magnet Recognition and DAISY Award honor excellence and compassionate care, while the Nurse Leadership Academy develops future leaders. Retirement Planning/ Financial Benefits
MemorialCare offers retirement, and employees can choose pre-tax or Roth. The matching contribution is 100% up to 5% of pay, and it is awarded annually.

MemorialCare offers voluntary benefits like critical illness, hospital indemnity, accident, pet insurance, and legal and identity theft plans.
